We guarantee every product we sell. If a product does not meet your expectations during its useful life, we promise to repair it, replace it or give you a refund.
Items purchased directly from us may be returned if new, clean and in original packaging and with all labels and tags included. Items purchased from one of our retailers must be returned to the retailer.
You may return items by providing the following information:
- All of your contact information (name, email, address, phone #) is correct
- Your order #
- Why the item didn't work for you
- If you are requesting a refund or an exchange
- If you are requesting an exchange, please tell us the item # of the new item
- Which credit card we should credit (refund) or charge (if a balance is due on an exchange)
Always keep a copy of your invoice for your own records. If you are returning anything in a packaged box, wrap the box so no labels are put directly onto the cardboard. Once you've completed the required information, send your package via a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS with Delivery Confirmation) to:

Adventure® Medical Kits will issue a refund to your credit card for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We'll pay for ground shipping to get your new items to you, and we'll either refund or charge you the difference in the price of the item.
Items returned for warranty will be assessed to determine if the item will be repaired, refunded or replaced, and this decision is at the discretion of Adventure® Medical Kits.
